The Great Resignation is underway. One of the companies I’ve been working with recently told me that 16 of their 20 employees are newly hired in the last 3 months. People didn’t leave because they weren’t happy. They left for other reasons, including double the salary in other organizations. It’s not just them, we are seeing this in small and large organizations. Everyone is competing for talent.
Many of us are considering or have made major shifts, and the rest of us that are left will most likely be in that position soon!
