Think about the last few meetings you were in.
“That’s a bad idea!”
“That seems really far-fetched.”
“That’ll never work here! I should know, I’ve been here 11 years.”

The thing is, no one brings ideas to meetings fully formed. AND no one shares ideas they think are bad, either. So instead of shutting them down, you must allow ideas to collide in meetings for innovation to occur.
