It’s Good for the Soul to Volunteer

Hello!

It’s the last newsletter of this month, and the holidays are nearly upon us.

It’s good for the soul to volunteer.

One of my early career roles, was as a volunteer coordinator, so non-profits and volunteers are close to my heart. Where would we be without volunteers in our world I often think?

Last week, I had such a good time meeting the team at Prince’s Trust Canada and see the amazing work they do creating change that matters! I’m so honoured to volunteer with them and support veterans who have started their own business or not for profit. This year, I’m working with www.campaftermath.org which works with veterans, first responders and front-line workers who are dealing with mental health issues. The work Camp Aftermath does, truly inspires me and keeps me going! If you know of anyone that may need their services, check them out.
