Happy February! Whether you’re a winter sports enthusiast, or more of a Winter Olympics watching enthusiast, I hope your February has been enjoyable so far. (Just to confess – I’m neither! 😊)
Some of you may know, last year I became a student again and started work towards a PhD, examining how AI is reshaping the people leader role which of course impacts other roles.
I’ve learned from experience and recent research, that subtle, everyday decisions leaders do can subtly reinforce what I call the technology divide at work.
I know I’ve unintentionally done a few of these in the past.
As I’ve talked with other leaders over the last year, I thought it was best to put these in an article to refer to.
In my newest resource, I’ve outlined five common ways leaders can unintentionally reinforce the AI divide. It’s here.
And if you just take one of these and put it into practice – like the video below suggests – you can create big change!
As always, you can visit my website for more articles, videos, and podcasts to help you lead with possibility and build bridges in the age of AI.
Thank you for reading and go Team Canada!
