Change Ready vs. Future Ready, Plus a LinkedIn Live Invitation

What’s the difference between being change ready and being future ready?

The main difference is that being change ready is about responding to change, whereas being future ready is about initiating, anticipating, and creating change.

Another way of looking at this is that change readiness is about responding to and handling whatever changes are brought to you from external forces. But with future readiness, change is led by internal forces. It’s about figuring out what the future needs to be and how to get there.

These are both important skills to develop. But it’s those future readiness skills that really allow us to lead with possibility in complex times.

In this 60-second video, I share One Good Thing you can do to help you and your team stay engaged and build your future readiness.
