I don’t know about you, but I am feeling the holiday spirit! I kicked off the festive season with a night at the symphony to see Merry Murdoch Mysteries in Concert, hosted by Detective Murdoch himself! Between wrapping up projects, planning for the new year, and getting ready for the holidays, there’s always a flurry of things to do this time of year, so it was really nice to get out for a fun night of music and mysteries!

This is also the time of year to reflect, take stock of where you’re at, and start mapping out your goals for the new year. And one of the most common goals I hear about from the people I meet at speaking engagements and workshops is they want to become even better at navigating the constant changes that are going on these days.
So how can we turn that goal into reality?
First, we have to remind ourselves that the world is unpredictable, and you’ve rolled with the punches in the past and you can do it again. Change is the master, and we are its apprentices.

Everyone can be a leader. It doesn’t matter what your job title is. That’s because leadership is a mindset, not a function, and that’s why the most important step in building your change leadership skills is to start with the right mindset.
But while leadership starts with mindset, it doesn’t stop there.
My latest resource, 5 Proven Strategies to Lead Change, can help you take the next step in developing the skills you need to handle whatever comes up and lead change that matters.
Download your copy here and try out some of the techniques and strategies.
Remember it’s the little things you do on a consistent basis that often create the biggest waves of change!
How you live your day is how you live your life!
Thank you so much for your support this year! I’m so lucky to get to do what I do, and it wouldn’t be possible without you. I hope you have a warm, restful, and joyful holiday season!
