Foster Purposeful Engagement
Gregg’s career working with people, began when he was 10 years old. He sat his friends down at a chalkboard to teach them math. NOT one of his strongest subjects. Throughout his teens he taught canoeing and crafts at summer camp. He did much better there.
Surviving all that, over 30 years ago, Gregg was part of the ground breaking team that opened the first wave of Starbucks stores in Canada.
To further sharpen his skills and understand how people tick, Gregg worked with prisoners in maximum security federal penitentiaries and pioneered numerous social change programs in the community..

The Top 10 Change Hacks
Over the last 30 years of working with diverse groups of people in many different environments, I’ve discovered that there is one thing we have in common in order to thrive: the power to break through limitations and create positive change in our world.
As Rumi, the 13th-century Sufi poet and mystic put it, "Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right doing there is a field. I'll meet you there.” This involves suspending judgment about what you feel is right or wrong about the change and developing a strategy to bring skeptical team members on board.
I hope you enjoy the conversational style of this book, gain some new insights and refresh your memory of material you may already know.
Ready...Set...Change AGAIN!
While change is a big topic, with many models, theories, processes and steps, I felt a need to have a quick and handy reference book that comes from the over 25 years of experience I have in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Regardless of the type of audience I’ve spoken to, they needed to know how to plan for change, to improve how they handle all the changes thrown at them, how to help the people around them adapt to change – while at the same time, continuing to do all the regular work in our lives!
I hope you find it useful!
